Black Economic Empowerment
FPASA supports the objectives of Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment and maintains the evidence required for customer and supplier-verification purposes.
FPASA is a non-profit company measured as a Specialised Exempted Micro-Enterprise because its annual total revenue or allocated budget is R10 million or less. As FPASA has no ownership structure and no defined beneficiary base, it does not claim an enhanced status based on black ownership or black beneficiaries.
FPASA shall obtain and maintain a valid B-BBEE affidavit annually confirming its qualifying income and applicable Specialised EME status.
