If you have a commercial/ industry business - please ensure you are undertaking a professional risk assessment at least once ever 3 years. The more dangerous your business, the more frequent your risk assessments should be, e.g. once per annum. You may complain about the expense now, but the FRA will save lives and save your assets by suggesting preventative measures. Rather shaft out a few bucks now, than getting shafted in prison. YES - prison is a reality for building owners if someone dies on your premises and you were found to be a negligent building owner.
